imjili Terms & Conditions

By accessing imjili.cam, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you ("the User," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with imjili's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and imjili.

imjili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of imjili following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing imjili on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case references to "you" shall refer to both you personally and that entity.

To register for an imjili account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required by PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity — imjili does not accept registrations from corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities acting as account holders for gaming purposes.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of imjili, its affiliates, or its licensed gaming providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from imjili or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of a third party.

Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. imjili may require documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active imjili account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or contact details — are strictly prohibited. imjili uses a combination of technical and identity verification measures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any balance held in a duplicate account will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your imjili account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. imjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify imjili immediately via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised, or if you believe your account has been used by a third party. imjili may suspend an account pending investigation of any suspicious activity report.

Know Your Customer (KYC): imjili is required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by imjili may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

imjili reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or are likely to be breached, or where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

imjili accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to each provider's terms of service and applicable transaction limits. All account balances are held and transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same imjili account, and only to accounts registered in the name of the imjili account holder. imjili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. imjili reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

Deposit bonuses and promotional credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within the imjili wallet.

imjili offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the promotion on the Platform. The following general bonus terms apply across all imjili promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered imjili players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit match bonuses are available to new imjili members only — one claim per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states a different figure. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, bingo, and sports betting products may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• imjili reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a credited bonus, or void any winnings derived from a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in bad faith, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and their associated winnings will be forfeited if the account is closed, suspended, or self-excluded before wagering requirements are met.

Each game available on imjili is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on imjili, you accept the specific rules applicable to that game. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

imjili sources all games from certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual gaming session.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome or progress of a game, imjili reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed for that round to the player's imjili balance. imjili is not liable for any perceived winnings or losses resulting from a technical error, and any payout made in error may be reclaimed by imjili from the player's account balance.

You agree to use the imjili Platform for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only, and to conduct yourself at all times in a manner that is respectful of other players and imjili staff, particularly in live dealer chat environments.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the imjili Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one imjili account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been generated under normal game operation.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the source of funds, in violation of Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or the proceeds of any illegal transaction.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of any imjili software or game.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with imjili.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your imjili account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour toward other users or imjili staff through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

imjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a response to personal or financial difficulty.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all imjili account holders and can be activated through the account dashboard or by contacting imjili's Live Chat support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the imjili Platform without the prior written consent of imjili. The imjili name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any marketing, social media, or other public communication without express written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, imjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your imjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

imjili shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or imjili was advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from network failures, interruptions to Philippine internet or mobile telecommunications infrastructure, or force majeure events including acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits imjili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.

imjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an imjili account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

imjili processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. imjili is registered as a personal information controller with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

imjili will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies, and law enforcement authorities where required by law. You may close your imjili account at any time by submitting a written request through Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five Philippine business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding investigations or holds on the account.

imjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• imjili is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• imjili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your account.
• You are determined to be under the minimum age of 21.
• Continued operation of your account would expose imjili to legal, regulatory, or financial risk.

Where an account is terminated by imjili for breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be withheld pending investigation, and imjili reserves the right to forfeit balances associated with prohibited activities.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The imjili Platform is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all gaming operations conducted through the Platform are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of imjili, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting imjili's support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process, or to the competent courts of the Philippines. imjili will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute resolution proceeding.

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring claims on a class or representative basis.

imjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document as the "Effective" date. Where changes are material, imjili will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered users via the contact details on file, or through a prominent notice on the imjili Platform.

Your continued use of imjili following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above.

imjili maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which is available to registered users on request through Live Chat support.
